Register your holiday let

Uploading and registering your holiday let is done in a few steps:
First, fill in this form. Second, pay your advertisement online (€ 115 including one-off bonus discount of 20 euros). And finally upload the photos, complete the calendar, etc. After submitting this form you can always change or supplement all data later on. We send you also an email with how to use instructions and an invoice for the ad. Please check your spam folder if you didn't receive the e-mail.

The advertisement fee includes a one-time free translation into the Dutch language so the ad looks the same as all the Dutch ads. This will result in more bookings compared to ads in English. The bonus of 20 euros for the first year is included in the price. The fee without the bonus is € 135

If your accommodation consists of several houses, on this page you can only describe one house with associated rental prices. You can also choose to advertise exclusively as a group accommodation. You achieve by far the highest rental results if you advertise with the individual houses separately and one ad for all houses together. The English ads can only be used by persons who don´t speak Dutch.

A tenant of a house would like to know everything about nature and the possibilities in the neighborhood. Take the time to make a nice description of everything.
It is also important to know how far the shops such as the bakery and butcher of the house are.
Please describe here as extensively as possible what you can do and see in the vicinity of your house and in the wide surroundings of your house.
We will also place the municipality where your house is located on Google Maps and Google Earth. If you wish, we can also let tenants view the immediate surroundings of your house with Google Streetview or with satellite images. You can indicate in your dashboard whether you want to enable Google Streetview.

3. Important rental information

You do not need to mention a deposit or what the changeover day is and whether discounts apply to last minute bookings and early bird discount. We take these from the calendars.
You can write here the other information such as an explanation or a linen package can be rented and what kind of linen there is in it. Or just tell the guests to bring their own linen. Then it is also convenient to mention the dimensions of the beds.
We advise you not to mention e-mail addresses and telephone numbers in the text. This prevents you from being bothered by people who want something different than renting your house. A tenant can use our mail form and thus also get your telephone numbers.
