Accessed from large double arched doors to the rear you enter the typical Charentaise house into the large kitchen dining room.
There are two double downstairs bedrooms, one with en-suite shower.
There is a utility room with washing machine and an additional downstairs toilet.
Step up into the cosy but spacious lounge with TV and log burner. Door to the garden.
Upstairs there is a large bright family bathroom with shower over the bath.
Two further good sized bedrooms, 1 king bed and 1 with two large singles and additional cots and toddler bed.
The house is spacious and the kitchen well equipped. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge.
The house has many old features like fireplace and old soup stove, sink and well.
All bedding is provided.
Bath towels included but please bring your own beach/ pool towels.
Around the pool there is an outdoor seating area with cushions and 6 sun loungers.

Lots of activities for all ages with beaches and Ports within 20 mins. 🏝️
Nature reserve with fishing at St Bonnet sur Gironde.
Lovely ports to visit with local crafts, fish shops cafes and restaurants. Good area for birdwatching.
Lakes nearby at Jonzac and Montendre with sports activities and boating.
Beaches at St George de Didonne, Royan and the Cote Sauvage. Smaller sandy coves ideal for young families, all have beach showers and cafes.
Crazy golf, costal activities and the zoo at La Palmyre.
Cognac with tours of the brandy houses, Hennessy, Remy Martin etc

Informatie voor de huurder

The house will be clean and prepared for your arrival.
There are house instructions including the WiFi code and directions for hot water and rubbish and recycling locally.
Supermarkets and petrol stations are within 5 minutes drive in all directions.
Please bring your own bbq coals.
Please use the house respectfully but feel at home. We ask that you take all rubbish with you and leave the property clean with the bedding stripped where possible.
You are welcome to move furniture to suit your needs but please return everything to how you found it.
Someone comes to look after the pool each week. It is programmed for heating and cleaning we ask that you don’t adjust anything in the pool house.
