La Mouliere is a charming converted stone farmhouse located approximately 2 km north of Duras, South West France.

Owned by an English family, La Mouliere has been the setting for many happy holidays for over 30 years. Fully renovated and modernised in the 1990s, it offers accommodation for 10 people. The house faces south west, with unspoilt views. The Chateau de Duras is visible on the horizon.

It has about 1.5 acres of land, including several mature trees and is surrounded by vineyards and orchards. There is a covered terrace by the pool which is ideal for al fresco meals, bar-beques or just escaping the sun.
